Client Data Integration Specialist

FactSet is hiring for the role of Client Data Integration Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as the primary resource for the implementation process of client portfolio data
• Partner with technical and financial client contacts, as well as FactSet Analytics Specialists, to translate the client’s investment universe and reporting requirements into data specifications
• Ensure client data is complete and accurate while improving quality and addressing data integrity issues
• Become familiar with third-party accounting systems, order management systems, custodians, and other platforms/vendors that make up our clients’ technology landscape
• Oversee and improve existing data integration processes between clients and FactSet
• Occasionally travel to client sites during major implementations

Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask on a significant volume of simultaneous requests, projects, and other initiatives without a decline in quality of output
• Excellent technical skills and deep FactSet product knowledge (if internal) or understanding of complex financial assets and instruments (if external)
• Proficiency in working independently on both technical and financial aspects of projects
• If internal, experience in working with CDI and FactSet tools to integrate and manage data feeds
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn new skills, and a strong sense of initiative
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresher to 2 years of FactSet or related industry experience, including fund accounting, fintech, financial data, or similar.
