Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Responsible for user and trade account setup/maintenance
  • Creation and maintenance of entity identifiers
  • Analysis of client administrative details and tax forms
  • The Role will continuously evolve depending on the candidates’ competencies to ensure challenge and growth. You will be empowered to the extent of your capacities
  • Work with a global team of Client Services Analysts responsible for front-line client services on various Loans platforms

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience within the financial industry would be preferred
  • Ability to think laterally and analyze and question processes
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Team player
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues or concerns
  • Excellent prioritization skills a requirement
