Details
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for user and trade account setup/maintenance
- Creation and maintenance of entity identifiers
- Analysis of client administrative details and tax forms
- The Role will continuously evolve depending on the candidates’ competencies to ensure challenge and growth. You will be empowered to the extent of your capacities
- Work with a global team of Client Services Analysts responsible for front-line client services on various Loans platforms
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience within the financial industry would be preferred
- Ability to think laterally and analyze and question processes
- Proficient in MS office
- Team player
- Ability to identify and escalate issues or concerns
- Excellent prioritization skills a requirement
