Lenskart is hiring for the position of Cluster Optometrist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Visit assigned stores and manage the complete Technical and Functional part of Lenskart stores
- Work as In-Store Optometrist during busy hours, high sale days, or to cover shifts of those who are on leave
- Act as a Mentor and Coach to Fresher Optometrists. Help them with Sales Pitches, Technical Dispensing Guidance, Troubleshooting, Customer Query Handling, etc.
- Maximize In-Store revenue through Optometrists through continuous training, periodic reviews, an increasing number of eye tests done at the store and reduce returns
- Wear multiple hats of Team leader, Bench, Senior or Consultant Optometrist to support the store team
- Undertake regular reviews, analyze SOPs such as eye tests, quality checks, dispensing and contact lenses, troubleshoot and deliver to measure the impact of training on store performance
- Identify and Train the Store staff to help them achieve their goals
- Periodically audit their eye test and dispensing performance
- Work as a member of the Business Team to accomplish goals and objectives
- Participate in the regional, departmental, executive, and operational meetings as appropriate
- Welcome new talent from the market, conduct interviews and onboard
- Prepare and conduct meetings with respective AOMs to discuss reviews, performance or proposals
- Maintain documentation and Report daily to PS regional manager on store visit summary
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and a good track record
- Good Knowledge of Optometry, Refraction, Eye Wear Products, Dispensing and Measurements
- Must be ready to travel anywhere in India as per Business requirements
- Passionate about Sales, Retail, Customer service and Training
- Good understanding of market and product analysis
- Must have leadership qualities such as - leading by example, coaching, motivating, great communication and never giving up attitude

Corporate Social Responsibility:
- #BetterSight to Benefit Underprivileged Women and Children: in December 2017, the Company launched the #BetterSight initiative conducting a series of eye-checkups for underprivileged women and children in Delhi and Gurgaon. The camp was set up on December 21 and 22, 2017 with the initiative targeting to provide free screening to a large number of women and children over the next few months and years.
