S&P Global is hiring for the role of Commercial Enablement Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead engagement with commercial stakeholders in identifying and executing work items that will accelerate the commercial buying experience
- Develop subject matter expertise of business processes and workflows in close collaboration with our Commercial Teams
- Create new and modify existing system documentation, diagrams, and flow charts to reflect the most current system design and/or state
- Build and deploy Walk-Me Modules using existing process flows
- Own and manage incoming work items, capture requirements from Internal stakeholders, and collaborate with the Product Team to deliver new features
- Partner with Associate Product Owners in testing and delivery of new features with a full understanding of the application stack including upstream, midstream & downstream applications to Salesforce
- Host and Facilitate Salesforce Office Hours
- Translate business needs of commercial systems (Salesforce and connected systems) into requirements for IT Teams
- Creation of agile work items for Salesforce and connected applications (such as but not limited to Marketo, Cvent, etc.)
- Analyze Commercial processes and procedures to find areas for improvement. Work with a LEAN mindset
- Assist in ad hoc process and system projects as required, and provide systems support to commercial teams for production issues, inquiries, and month-end coverage
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree and CRM certification in a related field and possess strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills
- Basic Understanding of Lean Methodologies and/or Project & Program Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required along with excellent MS Office skills
- This person should have a strong foundation in CRM tools and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital application(s)
- The candidate should possess strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills to manage internal workflows and client communication
