Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through various channels, including networking, cold calls, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively present VISTA ENGINEERING's solutions and value proposition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client specifications.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
