  • Resolve customer queries with logical and customer-centric thinking
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is essential
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • This is an on-site role; candidates must be based in Jaipur
