Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers through both verbal and written channels
- Address customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Resolve customer queries with logical and customer-centric thinking
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is essential
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- This is an on-site role; candidates must be based in Jaipur
