Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures
- Demonstrates complete understanding of the platform and sensitivity towards customer resolution
- Fully empowered to provide end-to-end resolution, including both online and offline support if required
- Focuses on achieving first-time-right (FTR) resolution for all queries, complaints, and requests handled
- Finds effective solutions in a simple and clear manner
- Proactively keeps customers and stakeholders informed about issues and takes corrective actions
- Stays updated on the latest developments and asks relevant questions that impact customer satisfaction
- Communicates effectively and professionally with customers
- Remains closely involved with operations to support service quality
Requirements:
- Graduate from any recognized university.
- Freshers
- Understanding & Knowledge of Voice & Non-Voice Customer Service
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Communication Skill (Oral and Written)
- Problem Solving Skills
- Social Media Knowledge
