About The Role:

  • Focus on handling customer interactions in a contact centre environment
  • Responsible for managing B2B client queries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates or undergraduates can apply
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound customer support
  • Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2B customer interactions efficiently
  • Manage inbound queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Work Details:

  • Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • 6 days working with rotational week off
  • One-side cab facility available during odd hours
  • Immediate joiners preferred
