About The Role:
- Focus on handling customer interactions in a contact centre environment
- Responsible for managing B2B client queries and ensuring satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates or undergraduates can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound customer support
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B customer interactions efficiently
- Manage inbound queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Work Details:
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- 6 days working with rotational week off
- One-side cab facility available during odd hours
- Immediate joiners preferred
