Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries and concerns from customers via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Problem Solving: Effectively resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalation: Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Collaboration: Working with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Performance Targets: Meeting or exceeding performance targets related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying informed about new products, services, and technologies, and participating in training programs to enhance customer service skills.
