- Handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Responsibilities:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers effectively
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Show high levels of empathy and understanding of customer needs and expectations

- Have previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
