Responsibilities:
- Maintain the good relationship with existing & new customers by understanding their needs and concerns.
- Understanding each customer’s service agreement to ensure all SLA terms are met & prevent any potential breaches.
- Ensure every customer knows about our product thoroughly and trained for better operating & quality maintenance.
- Suggesting the upcoming/new products to existing customers for the product & service up gradation.
- Visiting the customer place regularly for the inspection on overall quality of product & services
- Maintaining the service & quality reports of each customers for analysing of gaps & improvements.
- Resolving the each customer complaints politely & ensure to provide the resolution with better customer satisfaction.
- Coordination with the cross-functional teams within the organization, and the individual must work closely with them to ensure that the tasks are completed within the defined timelines.
- Guide/Train the team members on operational activities like product demos/ Installations.
- Ensure adherence to safety & operational protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with any relevant changes in subject matters and ensure that the knowledge is applied in the day-to-day operations of the role.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-3yrs in operational roles or similar roles
- Proficiency MS –Excel, Powerpoint, Ms Word.
- Should be flexible for traveling.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada.
- Self-starter who can work with little supervision.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
- Interest in the Food & Beverages industry.
