Role Overview:

  • We Are Hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to Manage Relationships With Our Enterprise Clients and Ensure Successful Implementation and Performance of Their Loyalty Programs
  • This Role Involves Collaboration Across Product, Operations, and Client Teams to Deliver Measurable Outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for Assigned Clients Post-Implementation
  • Drive Adoption and Engagement of Loyalty Programs Across Client Accounts
  • Translate Client Objectives Into Deliverables and Ensure Timely Execution
  • Prepare Program Reports and Business Reviews Using Excel Dashboards and PowerPoint
  • Address Client Queries and Ensure Quick Issue Resolution
  • Conduct Feature Walkthroughs and Coordinate Training Sessions
  • Track Account Health Metrics to Identify Upselling or Improvement Opportunities
  • Maintain Detailed Documentation of Client Interactions and Outcomes

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, Formulas)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for Creating Presentations and Reports
  • Excellent Communication and Writing Skills in English
  • Analytical Thinking and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Client Accounts and Deliver Under Tight Timelines
  • Prior Exposure to Loyalty Programs, CRM Tools, or SaaS Platforms Is an Advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: MBA (Marketing, Operations, or Equivalent Specialization)
  • Experience: 1–2 Years in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Location: Pune (Candidates Must Be Based in or Willing to Relocate to Pune)
