Role Overview:
- We Are Hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to Manage Relationships With Our Enterprise Clients and Ensure Successful Implementation and Performance of Their Loyalty Programs
- This Role Involves Collaboration Across Product, Operations, and Client Teams to Deliver Measurable Outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for Assigned Clients Post-Implementation
- Drive Adoption and Engagement of Loyalty Programs Across Client Accounts
- Translate Client Objectives Into Deliverables and Ensure Timely Execution
- Prepare Program Reports and Business Reviews Using Excel Dashboards and PowerPoint
- Address Client Queries and Ensure Quick Issue Resolution
- Conduct Feature Walkthroughs and Coordinate Training Sessions
- Track Account Health Metrics to Identify Upselling or Improvement Opportunities
- Maintain Detailed Documentation of Client Interactions and Outcomes
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, Formulas)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for Creating Presentations and Reports
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills in English
- Analytical Thinking and Attention to Detail
- Ability to Manage Multiple Client Accounts and Deliver Under Tight Timelines
- Prior Exposure to Loyalty Programs, CRM Tools, or SaaS Platforms Is an Advantage
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MBA (Marketing, Operations, or Equivalent Specialization)
- Experience: 1–2 Years in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Location: Pune (Candidates Must Be Based in or Willing to Relocate to Pune)
