Join Us as a Customer Support Executive and become a vital part of our team, delivering exceptional support to our students and stakeholders. This in-office role falls under the Voice/Blended category and involves providing efficient and effective assistance through various communication channels. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on LPU's programs, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications:

Core Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Eligibility: Open to freshers from all academic backgrounds.
