Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance and follow-up.
- Stay updated on LPU's programs, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
