Data Analyst

Big Boy Toyz is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Clean, organize, and structure complex and scattered CRM data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the CRM data.
•  Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision-making processes.
•   Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and CRM systems to continuously improve data analysis processes and techniques.
•   Present findings, recommendations, and insights to key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
•  Participate in the development and implementation of data quality standards and data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
•  1-2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in CRM or related domains.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience working with CRM systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
•  Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
