Data Analyst Trainee

Mastroke is hiring for the role of Data Analyst Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Compile, identify trends, and evaluate data to support the E-Commerce team in decision-making.
• Identify and track KPIs on web traffic and lead conversion funnels.
• Good understanding of the e-commerce Industry.
• Must have a brief understanding of the CRM tools.
• Monitor user engagement levels from Client Data Base, website, and Client communications.
• Track new member subscriptions, cancellations, and retention of clients by member level.
• Measure and monitor the adoption of new features and post-production builds.
• Able to understand and build data visualization dashboards with Advanced Excel.
• Analyzing and reporting on business-sensitive data, presenting findings and suggestions for business process improvements.
• Brief knowledge in Data analysis, Data cleaning, & writing VBA/Java scripts for automation of the task.
• Good understanding of regular expressions to find and manipulate the patterns in data, and investigate errors.
• Work closely with e-commerce staff during code deployments, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Regular data extraction from internal and External Database.

Requirements :

• Takes an analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to set goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
• Preferred Certification courses in Data Analyst and Digital Marketing
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (Especially, written)
