^{Role Overview:}

As a Data Analyst, you will support the teams by analyzing platform data, user behavior, hiring trends, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and help streamline decision-making across functions.

^{Key Responsibilities:}

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal tools and platforms
  Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets and other visualisation tools like Metabase
• Identify trends and patterns to support business and hiring decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders across teams 
• Help monitor key KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Provide data support for special projects like hiring campaigns, or hackathons
• Perform competitor benchmarking and assist with market intelligence

^{Required Skills:}

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Good communication skills to explain data insights clearly
• Prior experience in data/analytics roles is a bonus
