Lorganifo is hiring for the role of Data Entry / MIS Analyst!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain and update existing data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and summaries from data as needed.
- Assist in the analysis of data to identify trends and insights.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Manage and organize electronic and physical files.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
