Debt Recovery Agent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and empathetic Negotiator to join our Resolution Department at Lawsuit Ventures. The role involves direct interaction with clients or defaulters to negotiate settlements, recover outstanding dues, and ensure timely resolution of accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a strategic mindset to close negotiations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to discuss pending dues or disputes.
• Negotiation & Recovery: Persuasively negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring agreements to recover dues in a fair and legal manner.
• Dispute Resolution: Mediate between parties in cases of misunderstandings, conflicts, or contested dues to arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all negotiations, agreements, and communications for legal and operational purposes.
• Compliance: Ensure that all negotiation activities are conducted in accordance with company policy and legal standards.
• Collaboration: Work with the legal, accounts, and operations teams for document verification, legal escalations, or payment settlements.
• Target Achievement: Meet individual and team targets for monthly recovery and resolution closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in negotiation, recovery, debt resolution, client management, or legal coordination.
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Calm and composed under pressure; able to handle sensitive client conversations.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in financial recovery, collections, or dispute resolution.
• Understanding of contract law, debt settlement processes, or arbitration.
• Prefered Languages: English ,Hindi ,Marathi &Other Languages(if any)
