ZS Associates is hiring for the role of Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - PLD!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Should be able to translate unstructured business requests into executable steps for the team and provide oversight into data processing and compiling result
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Provide recommendations based on analysis to answer key business questions to help improve brand performance
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through rigorous quality checks and validation processes
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements for data analysis.
- Streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of data analysis processes through automation and tool optimization
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
- Should be adept at managing multiple team members while managing project deadlines
- Work closely with other brand leads to understand data nuances/caveats and maintain consistency in business rules
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree is required in any discipline with a strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis; experience with Oncology industry and patient-level data is a must.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly and concisely.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey data insights to client stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and ability to implement rigorous quality checks to validate the work of analysts
- Project Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple workstreams.
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
