Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential customers including architects, builders, contractors, engineers, project managers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned territory
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, and industry events
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Provide product information, technical support, and tailored solutions to customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to build long-term partnerships
Field Sales Activities:
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with customers and understand their needs
- Present and demonstrate KEI's products and solutions effectively
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Provide after-sales support and address customer queries
Demand Generation Initiatives:
- Execute local marketing and demand generation campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with the sales and marketing teams
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive demand
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market trends
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve business objectives
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends
