GR Infra Projects is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Bidding & Tendering!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure timely and accurate pre-bid quantity estimates, rates, and query submission under senior guidance
- Support in reading technical schedules, drawings, and survey reports for BOQ calculations
- Maintain records of all bids, including GRIL bid values vs competitor bid values
- Submit learning synopsis for all awarded projects to senior management
- Analyze bid documents for key complexity areas and their impact on project value
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for management teams
- Maintain MIS and reporting systems with accurate data
- Ensure timely submission of synopsis in pre-bid and post-bid stages and escalate any process delays or SOP deviations
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in Business Development
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year of experience in pre-bid quantity analysis
