Design Team Lead

Annalect is hiring for the role of Senior Designer!

Responsibilities of teh Candidate:

• Design of custom presentation decks and mockups with keen eye for color, composition & hierarchy, typography, kerning and the use of grids.
• Design templates and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Create adaptation/campaign guidelines to ensure quality and consistency of the campaign throughout multiple markets.
• You will work closely with the DTP operation manager and collaborate with strategy, brand and of course design to ensure the best possible workflow and creative output.  
• Create digital and print-ready artwork.
• Being able to organize your time and files as well as being accurate in the process.

Requirements:

• You are an expert in Powerpoint, Keynote and Google Slides.
• You have 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Figma
• As a Creative DTP-er at MAKE, you understand the power of a well build presentation. You able to connect the dots between a brief, graphic design and DTP mechanics to translate this into visually stunning presentations. 
• You are constantly evolving yourself in the world of print, design and presentation building.
• You have a solid understanding of printing and digital color profiles.
• You can independently take charge of projects and provide support to designers on the team.
• You know Adobe CC inside out and are an expert in Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects would put a twinkle in our eye.
• As we are an internationally operating agency, you need to be able to speak fluent English. Dutch is a plus.
