Galderma is hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Manager - Consumer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of digital advertising initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and sales for Galderma brands
  • Work at managing advertising campaign execution, creating, and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems
  • Share and learn best practices from other digital marketing teams from local and global teams
  • Manage internal, agency, and other external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of digital channels, networks, and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential consumers
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate/partner with cross-functional teams/vendor/consultancy/agency management

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs
  • Be able to bridge data analysis, research, and competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and drive the organic and organic traffic growth for company-owned and third-party websites
  • Should have a deep understanding of website design, and development and closely work with agency and internal teams to create new websites and update existing websites with the latest trends and changes
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and similar tools to track performance for digital assets and activities
  • Should have experience in handling media budgets of more than 100Cr a year
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements in digital campaigns
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs for Galderma brands across digital channels
  • Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of digital media planning and performance optimization strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or similar and a master’s degree would be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of consumer marketing, marketing activities, tools, agency management, consumer behavior understanding, and consumer research
