Uniwork is hiring for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting and ROI
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics
Requirements:
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives
- Analyze performance data and create reports with actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
- Experience/Seniority level: 1+ Year
