Danfoss is hiring for the role of DPD Controller!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Administration of the day-to-day DoP process for Semikron Danfoss
- Communication and support for good understanding to ensure compliant behaviour as per DoP guidelines
- Develop a “detective” control report & follow-up
- Prepare fixed expense and headcount development reports
- Assist in Annual Target upload template generation and conduct User training with the Target group
- Administration of Cost Centre Mapping and Hierarchy maintenance
- Variance Analysis and follow-up on incorrect posting for rectification
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial & reporting software (HFM, BI Analysis, SAP and other tools)
- Finance & Accounting, and Reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Structured and service-minded
- Good English communication skills
