Roles:
- Drive outbound inside sales for real estate by making high-volume cold calls, identifying qualified buyers/investors, and generating site visit opportunities to support closures.
Responsibilities:
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily and achieve defined talk-time targets
- Qualify leads based on budget, location, property type, and timeline
- Generate verified site visit opportunities for the sales team
- Maintain structured follow-ups to convert leads into meetings
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and lead tracking
- Coordinate with the closing team for seamless lead handover
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate inside sales / outbound calling
- Strong communication, probing, and objection-handling skills
- Understanding of the real estate sales cycle (lead to closure)
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems
- Graduate; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
