Details

Roles:

  • Drive outbound inside sales for real estate by making high-volume cold calls, identifying qualified buyers/investors, and generating site visit opportunities to support closures.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls daily and achieve defined talk-time targets
  • Qualify leads based on budget, location, property type, and timeline
  • Generate verified site visit opportunities for the sales team
  • Maintain structured follow-ups to convert leads into meetings
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and lead tracking
  • Coordinate with the closing team for seamless lead handover

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate inside sales / outbound calling
  • Strong communication, probing, and objection-handling skills
  • Understanding of the real estate sales cycle (lead to closure)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • Graduate; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
