- Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to discharge responsibilities in a conflicting environment
- Conformance with Policies/Compliances
- Be a team player
- Intellectually agile and analytical
- Preferred: Experience in an agency or product startup
- Preferred: Prior use of content A/B testing tools
