FC FAO Shared Services Associate

RSM is hiring for the role of FC FAO Shared Services Associate!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' Purchase to Pay processes.
• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable operations, including processing and recording bills, and PO matching.
• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• Verify vendor accounts, manage vendor payments, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, or payments.
• Manage vendor-related tasks such as new vendor creation, including W9 and 1099 management, and handle client and vendor inquiries via email.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in transaction processing and Accounts Payable account reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, including bank and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Knowledge of financial systems and technology stack, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and data.
