Field Sales Executive

• Identify and target potential clients across sectors such as education, corporate, and government.
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of display solutions tailored to client needs.
• Extensive travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Showcase the product's unique features and benefits to address client pain points.
• Engage decision-makers to assess their display requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Create and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction to secure repeat business.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
• Provide after-sales support to address client queries and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress toward sales goals and challenges encountered.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to align strategies and meet targets.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop sales-enabling materials and campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or display solutions sector.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features.
• Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
