Azvasa Education Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Sales Executive!
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting on-field sales, and achieving sales targets through extensive traveling and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the education sector, targeting schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients.
- Execute on-field sales activities, including client visits and product demonstrations, to promote Azvasa’s offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage in lead generation activities, identifying potential clients and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and track sales performance, preparing regular reports for management to review progress against targets.
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market research.
- Travel & Field Work:
- Engage in extensive traveling to meet potential clients and conduct sales activities across various locations.
- Adapt to different environments and client needs, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to sales.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to sales.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Share insights and experiences with team members to contribute to collective success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: MBA or Marketing degree is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the EdTech sector, with a strong emphasis on sales and lead generation.
Specific Requirements:
- Extensive traveling and on-field sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
