We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and achievements.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in the automobile industry.
- Communication Skills: Good to Fluent (English/Hindi).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel locally as per business needs.
