Shorewise Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Finance Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain employee records in Finance system
- Process timesheets for consultants
- Maintain invoicing clients based on timesheets received
- Payroll calculation for US, Canada and other geographies
- Bank reconciliations
- Respond accurately and in timely fashion to all Payroll Queries to vendors and clients/ consultants
- Commission calculation and tracking
- Profit and Loss Statement
- Finance Analysis
- Monthly MIS and presentation
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 5-7 Years as Finance Executive or same profile
- Good knowledge about US, Canada and other Payroll and Tax terms, if worked on other geo’s or other currencies will be an added advantage
- Advanced MS Excel user
- Prior experience with a Payroll software
- Prior A/R, A/P experience is a must
- Must have handled a team of a minimum 4-5 members
- Must have own Laptop with good internet connection
- Willing to work in US Shift timings (6.30 Pm-3.30 Am)
- Candidates from Staffing Industry will be an added advantage
