Founder's Office Associate

ZenTrades is hiring for the role of Founder's Office Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Get things done in a fast-paced work environment.
• Conduct desk research & also coordinate events for several areas of fundraising. 
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and funding opportunities in the SaaS industry
• Assist in creating fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial models. 
• Work closely with the finance team to gather relevant data and financial information for fundraising purposes.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling investor meetings and presentations.
• Participate in investor outreach activities, including emails, phone calls, and networking events.
• Support the development of fundraising strategies and tactics to attract investors and secure funding.
• Help maintain investor databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• provide valuable insights during fundraising discussions.
• Spearhead and coordinate company-wide meetings on behalf of the CEO.
• Assist in building business process documentation to support the venture establishment.
• Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
• Assist the founding team in terms of planning, implementing, and managing various projects and the proposed recommendations and projects 
• Research, analyze, and draw valuable conclusions/ insights from the vast amount of data related to the market, industry, current processes & trends and also reporting the same to the management at regular intervals.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Liberal Arts (or related fields) in any specialization.
• 0-1 years of experience is a bonus
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound business judgment, including the ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis
• Can-do attitude or can hustle.
• Proven time management skills, with an ability to effectively establish and execute priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Good data analytics skills/presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Excellent command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing circumstances and needs of the role, including flexibility in working hours - depending upon the organization's needs at time zones.
