Roles:
- Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting customers professionally.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth communication within the office.
- Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and documentation.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Travel Desk Management: Coordinate ticket bookings, accommodations, and travel arrangements.
- Administrative Tasks: Process bills, manage office documentation, and handle correspondence.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and operate office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and a customer-centric approach.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication for effective coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Act proactively and resourcefully to resolve any front-office issues.
- Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure efficient workflow.
