Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting and control activities across all business units and regions.
- Financial Close and Reportingo Lead the preparation and/or review of key financial journals, including
- Audit and Complianceo Ensure all financial records are audit-ready by the end of the first month of the financial yearo Maintain robust internal controls and documentation to support external audit requirements and internal governance standards
- Team Leadership and Developmento Manage and mentor finance team member(s) globally, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development.
- Transactional Finance Oversighto Liaise with global transactional finance operations (AP, AR, Cash Allocation), where applicable.
Requirements:
- B.COM with 1-2 years of GL experience; strong financial close, journal entries, reconciliations, and controls.
