BCG is hiring for the position of Generalist Consultant!
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is an American global management consulting firm that is offering the Global Services Delhi Graduate Program (GSDGP) which is tailored to meet BCG’s growing business demands. It is designed for candidates who are passionate about learning the workings of global cross-functional teams and delivering skills needed for BCG’s global services support functions.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in IT strategy creation, IT due diligence, and IT governance
- Do functional and technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures
- Assist in the development of functional concepts
- Assist in IT product evaluation and selection
- Restructure IT organization and core IT processes
- Assist in IT project planning, project management, and quality assurance
Requirements:
- A university degree with excellent academic performance in information technology, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in the execution and management of (sub)projects using Waterfall and Agile approaches
- Experience in digital and agile transformations at scale
- Experience in IT organization and process development
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, distinct client and results orientation
