Graduate Engineer

Mott MacDonald is hiring for the role of Graduate Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• 3-D design modelling and detail design of Highways and transport alignments, Junction design (at grade or grade separated), prepare reports, specifications and other deliverables for highways schemes.
• Ability to learn quickly on the job training.
• Needs to be proactive in the job tasks assigned and come up with goods.
• To ensure designs are appropriate and meet the expected levels of technical excellence.
• Assisting with feasibility, preliminary and detailed design work relating to highways engineering projects.
• Ability to communicate knowledgeably in all aspects of the project.
• Maintaining brand reputation whilst undertaking the project (both with the Group key client and in the wider industry)
• Identifying, building and maintaining key relationships both internally within Mott MacDonald and externally with key client.

Requirements:

• Must hold a B.E/ B.Tech - Civil Engineering degree from a recognised reputed university, M.Tech in transportation engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of Highway Design software (Autodesk Civil 3D, Open Roads) experience preferred but not mandatory
• Should have good English communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to actively participate within a team
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers
• Should proactively seek personal and professional development opportunities
• Should be willing to learn and upskill in domain knowledge.
