Role Overview

We’re hiring a Growth Specialist who can execute and optimize marketing & product growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone hands-on with ads, funnels, and basic analytics, and eager to grow into a full-stack growth role.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Run and optimize Google & Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, ROI and improve performance
• Work on lead generation and user acquisition

Funnel Optimization

• Improve landing pages and conversion rates
• Identify drop-offs in the funnel and suggest improvements
• Support A/B testing (with guidance)

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
• Prepare basic reports and insights
• Understand key metrics like CAC, conversion rate, ROI

Execution Support

• Coordinate with design/tech teams for campaign execution
• Help in implementing basic tracking (pixels, events)
• Assist in growth experiments and campaigns

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
• Hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Basic understanding of funnels & conversion optimization
• Familiar with GA4 or similar analytics tools
• Good communication and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Exposure to LinkedIn Ads / SEO / Email Marketing
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing
• Experience in SaaS / B2B companies
