GTM Strategy & Advisory Associate

PwC is hiring for the role of GTM Strategy & Advisory Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support clients in mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring by providing strategic advice.
• Analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks.
• Help clients navigate complex transactions and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to structure and solve problems using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Assist in developing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, market entry plans, and transformation roadmaps.
• Build productive and collaborative relationships with team members and clients.
• Proactively provide and seek guidance, clarification, and feedback throughout engagements.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in professional services or corporate roles focused on strategy or deal-related work.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and applying strategic frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability in Go-to-Market strategy development (mandatory skill).
• Strong academic background with MBA from a Tier 1 college or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Evidence of academic and leadership achievements.
• Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Reputation for being a creative thinker and effective problem solver.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
