Details
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer rollout)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents
- Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records (physical & digital)
- Prepare letters such as confirmation, warning, resignation acceptance, experience, and relieving letters
- Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records
- Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leaves
- Handle disciplinary matters, warnings, absconding, and exit formalities
- Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
- HR Operations & Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
- Support training and development initiatives
- Coordinate internal communications and HR announcements;
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
- 0–1 years of experience in HR
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred
