Job Description:
JSMV Resource IT Staffing Company is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and HR operations while gaining hands-on corporate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and HR documentation
- Post jobs on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Support HR team in daily operations and reporting
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed Graduation / MBA (HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Interest in HR / Recruitment field
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
