Hyundai Motors Equipment India Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Human Resources - Manager!
Requirements:
- Prior experience in organizing company-wide training programs and creating comprehensive frameworks on criteria such as engagement, content and delivery, etc.
- Experience in design, delivery and program management of learning interventions on equipping employees to cultivate skills and capabilities
- Experience in managing Assessment centres, building development Journeys, drawing HRD Strategy & operation design
- Formulate and drive end-to-end learning agenda for the role
- Partner with learning operations and training teams and support through program management skills
- Work closely with the Talent Management team to support the training needs of the identified talent
- Helping create a learning management system, and dashboard and ensure upkeep of that (through an LMS platform)
- Key Competencies and Skills:

- Knowledge of competencies and proficiency levels (behavioural/future)
- Prior experience in managing/conducting learning programs
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
