IH and Partner Operations Associate

Ebay is hiring for the post of IH and Partner Operation Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Capturing data and providing deep dive analysis to identify trends and root cause volume drivers impacting our members and the Operational and Customer Experience critical metrics
• Using the data to drive insights into the business – from site and process to initiative or behavior drive issues
• Assisting with engagement with the Partner Teammates as needed, to gain insight and feedback on Payment process and policies – participate in WBRs and MBRs
• Engaging and motivating IN house teams, helping in Career Planning, and continuous motivation
• Using any concerns raised to provide insight by identifying problems and supervising the issues to identify trends and call out gaps
• Working closely with support teams to aid engagement with Service Design, Learning, and Coaching teams as needed to close the gaps and reduce the contacts

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is someone who has experience handling customer metrics within a team, and who wishes to get a better understanding of the Ops components
• Candidates must have shown track of delivering top Customer Service Management preferably experience level of Team Management at level 23
• Must have a strong customer-centric focus and excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, high energy, ability to cope with tight deadlines
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a confident and professional manner
• Ability to work on own initiative crucial
• Excellent engagement and communication skills are required for this role to aid with initiating process improvement initiatives
• Ability to recognize trends through analysis of reports and act on that analysis
