Hyndai is hiring for the role of Indirect Taxation: Senior Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Preparation of legal replies to Notices, attending hearings, and providing explanations to Tax authorities (GST/DGGI).
- Preparation & Coordination for filing of Appeals before Commissioner (A), CESTAT, etc. -Handling litigation-related activities (Court & Tribunal matters).
- Preparation & File of Statutory Returns periodically under the GST.
- Determination of Credit Eligibility & Tax position on new transactions.
- Preparation of Presentations on Taxation matters/tax proposals.
Requirements:
- Key Skills

- Education
- UG: Not Required
- PG: CA, ICWA(CMA)
- Good understanding of Tax laws, Case Laws and interpretation
