Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate Infinity Learn's products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
