Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate Infinity Learn's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
