One75MB HRM Private Limited is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. This in-office position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative design projects within the Architecture & Interior Design category. You will be instrumental in shaping spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for interior spaces
- Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring they align with the design vision and budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements
- Oversee the implementation of design plans, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Core Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection
- Ability to create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
