Job description:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A clear and professional telephone manner.
- Good written and oral communication
- Fluent English Communication
- Good coordination skills
- Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone and email in line with client service levels
- Move In -Move Out management and Vendor Management.
- Tracking the customer's queries until it got rectified.
- Following engineer for closure
- Communicating with clients and customers about their experience with our service.
- Identifying vendors providing manpower support for our business calls
Experience:
- Fresher
- 0-1 years of Experience in finding resources globally to service our client as per SLA in IT support.
- Gender: Female/Male
- Shift Timing: Rotational Shift (5 days working)
