Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy IT Sales Executive to join our growing team at Lawsuit Ventures. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting IT solutions to clients, and closing deals to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and target new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Presentation: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, explaining features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing and margin requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate sales forecasting, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve offerings and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments like marketing, operations, and tech support to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of software products, IT infrastructure, or SaaS solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), and LinkedIn.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in selling IT services like cloud solutions, managed services, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and outbound sales strategies.
- Technical background or ability to understand technical terminology is a plus.
