SAP is hiring for the role of Java FullStack Developer Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Contribute to Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Learn & Grow: Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, develop, and test product features.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and help resolve issues in new and existing codebase.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage actively in code reviews, team discussions, and agile processes to support collective team success.
  • Customer Focus: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take initiative to learn new technologies and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (full-time) in Computer Science or a related field from a premier university - (Class of 2024 or later)
  • Strong academic record and a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP).
  • Familiarity with Java and basic knowledge of web application development.
  • Exposure to frameworks such as Spring, REST APIs, or ORM is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Developing business software to handle enterprise works and client connections, SAP is a German multinational software company and a component of the Euro Stoxx 50 stock market index. SAP was founded when five engineers from the AI department of IBM- Dietmar Hopp, Hans-Werner Hector, Claus Wellenreuther, Klaus Tschira, and Hasso Plattner decided to leave IBM and start their own company.   • Recast.AI: improving the conversational capabilities of the SAP’s products, the company acquired Recast.AI whose rich machine learning-based environment supports over 20 languages, analyzes sentences and returns precise actionable data. This acquisition was made in January 2017.
  • Gigya: a market leader for customer identity and access management, Gigya was acquired by SAP in September 2017.
  • Emarsys: a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform provider. By enhancing the SAP Customer Experience portfolio, Emarsys solutions change how commerce is managed digitally to deliver hyperpersonalized, omnichannel engagements in real time. SAP acquired Emarsys in November 2020.
