Jr. Business Analyst

Naapbooks Limited is hiring for the role of Jr. Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Assist in the review and optimization of existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support Implementation: Work closely with development teams to support the implementation of new systems, processes, and enhancements.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs and priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis
